Ingredients of Mamra Chikki
- It’s 1 cup of Jaggery.
- You need 3 cups of mamra (Puffed Rice).
- You need 1 teaspoon of oil for greasing plate.

- In a pan add Jaggery and let it melt on very low flame by stirring..
- When small bubbles appeared in it then add mamra and mix well..
- In a greased plate add this mamra mixture and press it evenly with a spatula.
- Then give square cut with knife and let it cool for 1/2 hours,then separate the pieces and serve it in serving plate..
- You can make Laddu from rest of the mixture.
