- Prepare all the ingredients, that is ginger,garlic,tomatoes and onion.
- To the cooking pan put the chopped onion and crushed ginger and garlic then put a little oil and allow it to cook till slightly golden brown.
- To the mixture add chopped tomatoes and allow it to cook well then add the chopped bananas then turn them gently then add water to the level of the bananas then add royco mchuzi mix then a pinch of salt.
- Allow this to cook turning after some time till ready.
- Serve while hot and enjoy.
