- Ab onion, capicum ko square main cut Kar lein or aloo bi.
- Ek bowl man dahi dalein ab dahi man sab masle Dal kar mix Kar lein.
- Ab ye mixture vegetable main dalein ab 10 minutes ke ly marinate Kar ke Rakh dain.
- Ab ek bowl man koila garam Kar 1 tsp oil Dal ke dhuni dein.
