- Prepare 50 gm of paneer.

Paneer Omlete step by step
- Cut paneer to small dices/cubes.
- Chop onion finely, crush garlic coarsely.
- In a pan toss paneer with butter, kasuri methi and garlic till crisp and set aside, add little salt.
- Saute onion in oil with turmeric and red chilli powder, add little salt and set aside.
- Beat eggs with a beater till fluffy, add salt pepper and pour in the pan on high heat.
- Put in the onion and paneer over the egg, lower the flame and let the omlete set.
- Add coriander for garnish and finish the omlete.
- Note – you can finish the omlete under grill with cheese garnish or can flip the omlete for brown top.
