Paneer Omlete step by step

  1. Cut paneer to small dices/cubes.
  2. Chop onion finely, crush garlic coarsely.
  3. In a pan toss paneer with butter, kasuri methi and garlic till crisp and set aside, add little salt.
  4. Saute onion in oil with turmeric and red chilli powder, add little salt and set aside.
  5. Beat eggs with a beater till fluffy, add salt pepper and pour in the pan on high heat.
  6. Put in the onion and paneer over the egg, lower the flame and let the omlete set.
  7. Add coriander for garnish and finish the omlete.
  8. Note – you can finish the omlete under grill with cheese garnish or can flip the omlete for brown top.
