Omlette curry step by step
- Beat one egg with salt and pinch of garam.
- Heat pan add little oil add beaten egg cook both side equally.
- Now repeat the same process for other egg and keep a side.
- Blanch tomato remove skin and make puree.
- Heat kadhai add mustard oil add onion paste cook till brown in colour.
- Add ginger paste stir constantly for 3 – 5 mins till oil separate.
- Add all powdered species cook for sometime add green chilli paste.
- Add tomato puree cook till masala done.
- Add garlic paste cook for sometime.
- Add milk mix it.
- Add salt to taste.
- Add omlette cook for 2 minutes.
- Check the seasoing garnish with red chilli mint leaves.
- Serve with rice, paratha.
