  4. Add 1 tbsp chocolate essence, and 2 cups milk 1/2 tsp cocoa powder.
  5. Mix all ingrediants. And mix on low speed until well combined.
  6. Tranfer half of the batter to a greased roundcake pan..
  7. Bake for arround 30 min or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out woth moist crumbs.(You cn bake in otg and on gas).
  8. After the cake is baked, cut it into 3 layers.
  9. Now put the cocoa powder in the cream and beat the cream…
  10. Beat the cream until it becomes a fluffy…
  11. Now apply the cream after applying sugar syrup on layer 1.
  12. Put second layer on top of it. Again apply sugar syrup and cream…
  13. Now put 3rd layer on top of sencond layer apply sugar syrup and cream.
  14. Now icing the whole cake.
  15. Set 5 minutes after the cake is icing….
  16. Pour dark melting chocolate over the cake…..
  17. Now you can decorate as you want….
