- Custard: Pour milk, evaporated milk, sugar and custard powder in a pot and keep on flame. Let it boil keep on stirring to avoid lumps. When very thick remove from flame, add cream and whisk then cover it with cling film. Jello: In a pan put water add sugar, agar agar powder and citric acid mix well and keep on boil, when it boils remove from flame add essence colour and strawberries if using.
