- Now put oil to the dough and cover with a lid and keep rest for ten minutes,after the time is passed,mix the dough again and make balls,roll the balls and give a round shape and shallow fry all porotas in the heated pan.and keep aside.Super soft paratha is ready..
- Now break the eggs and put in the bowl add chopped onion, green chilli turmeric powder,red chilli powder and salt mix and stir,and put oil in the heated pan after that put the egg mix and spread to the pan,add little bit of oil to the pan fry and roll the omelette,.
