My personal requirements for perfection are: A stable meat pie crust. Using a fork, stir in the water until the dough pulls together, adding additional ice water by the teaspoonful if necessary. - After 10mn den bring out ur dough and cut into small balls den dust ur working surface with flour and roll out each ball into round shape depending on the size u want.put ur filling in the middle of it and fold or use meatpie cutter..
- Fry it untill it's done.
