  1. Prepare 1 cup of Jowar /shorgum flour finely ground and seived.

  5. Prepare of Oil for deep frying.

Jowar-Wheat Nimkis step by step

  1. Mix all the ingredients well in a mixing bowl except water.
  2. Keep adding water slowly to knead a stiff dough.
  3. Rest the dough covered for 15 minutes.
  4. Take small portions of the dough and roll them into thin Long strips (roll in between your palms by greasing them with oil first).
  5. Then gently place the rolled strip on a flat surface or plate and roll into a concentric circle like shown in the image.
